Payment Method

Autopay can be set up to ensure no missed payments and avoid late penalties. This can be done by logging into the Upgrade account and setting up autopay in the dashboard.
For one-time payments each month, users can choose from the following options:
- Pay online in the dashboard
- Pay by phone: Users can call (855) 598-1271
- Pay by mail: Users can send a personal check, cashier’s check, or money order to: Upgrade, Inc. Lbx #452210 P.O. Box 52210 Phoenix, AZ 85072-2210. Payments should be made to the order of Upgrade, Inc. and include the Account ID number in the memo.
Please note that payment processing time frame can take up to 2-3 weeks when paying via check.

Refunds and Cancellations
- Cancellations must be initiated with the merchant first.
- If eligible for a refund based on the merchant's policy, Upgrade will apply it to your account within 10 days of receiving it from the merchant.
- Refunds are credited to your account balance.
- If the refund exceeds your balance, remaining funds are credited back to your original payment method.
- Loan payments due during refund processing are still required, and interest continues to accrue.
Partial Refunds
- Partial refunds do not adjust monthly payment amounts.
- Refunds are applied to the principal balance, reducing the number of payments required.
Purchase Changes
- Contact the merchant directly for changes to purchases made through Upgrade.
- Changes may affect your loan balance.
Cancellation Process
